Integrated technology for Ammoximation of caprolactam
MeiBang ammoximation technology is a proprietary technology developed by MBET. It is highly mature with independent and complete intellectual property rights. It has been applied on epsilon-caprolactam devices in China with a total of 2 million ton output. The MeiBang ammoximation separation reactor has a series of products with single capacity of 50,000 tons/year, 60,000 tons/year, 80,000 tons/year, 100,000 tons/year, etc. Taking 100,000 tons/year of single kettle as an example, the conversion rate of cyclohexanone and the selectivity of cyclohexanone oxime are higher than or equal to 99.9%, the consumption of raw materials are low, and the color and turbidity of reaction solution are excellent. The built-in metal membrane has large flux, small filtration pressure difference, good on-line recoil effect and long membrane tube service life, and it is easy to maintain; the system has compact configuration and simple operation, the overall operation of the device is stable, operation flexible, and has low equipment operation cost. The matching T-butanol double-effect recovery system saves more than 40% of electricity and steam compared with the existing recovery devices.
