To achieve carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060 -- China's "two-carbon" goal demonstrates its determination to pursue green development. "Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" has also been listed as one of the key tasks in the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan.
