On March 26, 2018, “Development and application of ammoximation reaction and separation process and device” technology won the first prize of 2017 Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award issued by Hebei Provincial People's Government.
MeiBang ammoximation technology is a proprietary technology developed by MBET. It is highly mature with independent and complete intellectual property rights. It has been applied in 2 million ton epsilon-caprolactam devices in China. The MeiBang ammoximation separation reactor has a series of products with single capacity of 50,000 tons/year, 60,000 tons/year, 80,000 tons/year, 100,000 tons/year, etc. Taking 100,000 tons/year of single kettle as an example, the conversion rate of cyclohexanone and the selectivity of cyclohexanone oxime are higher than or equal to 99.9%, the consumption of raw materials are low, and the color and turbidity of reaction solution are excellent. The built-in metal membrane has large flux, small filtration pressure difference, good on-line recoil effect and long membrane tube running cycle, and it is easy to maintain; the system has compact configuration and simple operation, the overall operation of the device is stable, operation flexible, and has low equipment operation cost. The matching T-butanol double-effect recovery system saves more than 40% of electricity and steam compared with the existing recovery devices.
